1. Start with a doran’s blade and 3 health potions.
2. Rush towards the enemy adc and auto attack them while they are laning. Try to get as many hits in as possible before they back off.
3. When you engage in fights, always position yourself behind your tanks so you can kite the enemy and avoid getting hit yourself. Focus on taking down the enemy carries first, especially if they are squishy like Vayne herself.
4. If you find yourself being focused by the enemy team, use your ult to become invisible and reposition yourself accordingly.
Try to stay alive for as long as possible in teamfights, as your damage output is crucial for victory.
- Vayne is a Marksman that excels in 1v1 fights and kiting, so items that allow her to do more damage and kite better are essential on her
- Start with a Doran’s Blade and a Refillable Potion
- You can also start with longsword + 2 pots if you’re feeling confident or against an easy matchup
- At first back, look to buy Boots of Speed and 3x Long Sword, completing your Berserker’s Greaves
- If you’re up against a hard lane matchup or need some extra sustain, you can get a Vampiric Scepter instead of the third Long Sword
- Next, finish your Infinity Edge for massive crit damage, followed by a Phantom Dancer for even more attack speed and movement speed
- For your final item, choose between The Bloodthirster for raw damage and lifesteal or Guardian Angel for an extra life after death
Vayne Ap Build
Welcome to my Vayne Ap Build guide. This guide is designed to help you understand how to play Vayne, and what items and runes you should use in order to be successful with her.
Vayne is a Marksman who excels at kiting and taking down enemies from afar.
She is relatively fragile, but her damage output is extremely high if she is able to land her shots. Her kit allows her to easily reposition herself and avoid damage, which makes her very difficult to take down in a 1v1 situation.
In terms of items, you will want to build towards a Stormrazor as your main damage item.
This item provides a huge amount of burst damage, which is perfect for taking down squishy targets. You will also want to build some form of defensive itemization, such as a Maw of Malmortius or Spirit Visage, in order to survive the inevitable team fights that will occur late game.
As for runes, I recommend using the Precision page, as it provides additional damage and crit chance that scales well into the late game.
Alternatively, you could go for the Domination page if you prefer more immediate burst damage throughElectrocute procs. Either way, make sure to take Kleptomancy as your keystone rune in order to gain extra gold income through kills/assists (and the occasional lucky lootbox).
That’s all for this guide!

How Do You Play Vayne Effectively?
In order to play Vayne effectively, you must understand how to utilize her unique mechanics. Her passive, Night Hunter, allows her to gain extra movement speed when moving towards enemy champions. This is extremely powerful when combined with her other abilities, as it allows her to easily kite and reposition herself in fights.
Additionally, Vayne’s Q ability, Tumble, gives her a brief burst of movement speed and allows her to stealth for a short period of time. This can be used to quickly escape danger or close the distance on an enemy target. Her W ability, Silver Bolts, applies a stacking damage-over-time effect on targets hit by her basic attacks.
This is extremely effective against tanky targets who are difficult to take down with pure burst damage. Finally, Vayne’s ultimate ability,, Condemn,, fires a powerful shot that knocks back and stuns enemies it hits. This can be used to disrupt enemies in the middle of a teamfight or set up kills for your teammates.
When playing Vayne, always look for opportunities to use your Tumble ability to position yourself for maximum impact in fights. Use your Silver Bolts stacks wisely and don’t be afraid to use your Condemn as an initiating tool in teamfights.
How Do You Play Vayne for Beginners?
Vayne is a mobile ADC with a strong early game. She excels at kiting and taking down targets one by one. In order to play Vayne effectively, you need to be able to position yourself well and make use of your mobility.
As Vayne, you should be focusing on farming in the early game and trying to get as many last hits as possible. Once you reach level 6, you can start looking for opportunities to take down enemy champions. Vayne’s ultimate, Final Hour, gives her a massive boost in damage and movement speed, so it’s important to use this ability when you’re ready to engage in combat.
When attacking an enemy champion, always try to position yourself behind them so that you can deal extra damage with your W ability, Tumble. If an enemy is getting away from you, use Condemn (E) to stun them and then finish them off with auto-attacks or your Q ability, Silver Bolts.
In team fights, stay on the outskirts of the battle and focus on taking down the enemy carries.
Use your ult when enemies are clumped up together so that you can take down multiple targets at once. Be careful not to get caught out by the enemy team – if they have a lot of crowd control abilities like stuns and roots, they can easily stop you in your tracks and kill you before you have a chance to respond.
What Should I Buy for Vayne?
There is no one definitive answer to this question, as the ideal purchase will vary depending on the situation and composition of the enemy team. However, some items that are often purchased for Vayne include The Bloodthirster, Infinity Edge, Blade of the Ruined King, and Boots of Swiftness. These items provide a mix of damage and speed that allow Vayne to quickly take down enemies.
Who Combos Well With Vayne?
There are a few different types of champions that combo well with Vayne. First, there are champions that have high burst damage and can easily take down enemies with Vayne’s help. Second, there are champions that have strong CC abilities that can keep enemies in place for Vayne to take them down.
Lastly, there are tanky champions that can soak up damage and allow Vayne to deal her damage without taking too much herself.
Some examples of the first type would be Kha’Zix, Rengar, or Master Yi. These champs all have high burst potential and can easily take down enemies when they’re paired with Vayne.
Another example of this would be Ahri; while she doesn’t have as much raw burst potential as the others, her Charm ability is incredibly powerful and can easily set up kills for Vayne.
As for the second type, one of the best examples is Nami. Her Aqua Prison ability is a great way to keep enemies in place so that Vayne can land her shots (and her ultimate).
Other good choices here include Lulu (with her Glitterlance) and Zyra (with her Grasping Roots).
Finally, we have tanks like Maokai and Leona who excel at soaking up damage and allowing Vayne to deal hers without taking too much in return. These two in particular work well together because Maokai’s Sapling Toss provides a nice source of additional damage and Leona’s Solar Flare can easily stun multiple targets, setting them up perfectly for Vayne’s condemn.
